Comparison of anxiety and depression of satellite project staff and accommodation in companies located in Kharg Island

Introduction: Anxiety and depression are the most common psychological problems that reduce employee productivity. Aim: The present study was conducted to compare level of anxiety satellite project staff accommodation in companies located Kharg Island. Method: a causal-comparative study. statistical population included all employees residents on Island 2021. Using available method, 104 people (52 from plan 52 island) were selected. Data collected using Anxiety-Depression-Stress Questionnaire (DASS-42). Research data analyzed descriptive statistics, parametric defaults multivariate analysis variance with SPSS-26. Results: results showed mean scores (Eta=0.23, P=0.000, F=31.37) (Eta=0.17, F=21.39) significantly higher resident group than there statistically significant difference between two groups. Conclusion: living based experienced levels project. In this regard, island managers advised use psychologists increase performance productivity workforce.
